The company was founded by industry veteran Domenic Pupo in 2014 supporting our key suppliers and maintaining the excellent customer and supplier relationships that have been built over many years.

After 48 years of industry involvement with companies that include Rank Industries, Tektronix, Grass Valley, Telestream, and many others, the time has come to wind down and hang up the old boots.
